We collect only the information you submit through a website form.
Reader Club
Your email address, optional first name, selected newsletters and genres, and confirmation that you chose to subscribe.
Author submissions
Your contact information and the book, publication, description, audience, and link information you submit for consideration.
Basic technical data
Like most websites, the service may process request details such as an IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.
How information is used
Respond and evaluate
We use submitted information to answer inquiries, evaluate proposals or book submissions, and fulfill the request you made.
Confirmed subscriptions
Reader Club addresses are added only after the reader uses the confirmation link. Every newsletter email should include a way to unsubscribe.
Operate securely
Technical information may be used to prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and keep the website and its forms working safely.
No sale of personal data
Hampio Publishing does not sell personal information. Reader email addresses are not given to featured authors or advertisers.
Service providers, retention, and your choices
Website requests are processed by the hosting service. Brevo processes form email, confirmation links, and confirmed subscriber records for Hampio Publishing. These providers process information to supply those services.
Information is kept only as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, operational or legal records, and security. A confirmed subscriber record is kept until the reader unsubscribes or requests deletion, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate legal or security reasons.
You may unsubscribe through the link in a newsletter. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, use the business inquiry form.
The site is not directed to children for the purpose of collecting personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information may contact us through that same form.
Links to Amazon, PlayHampio.com, or other outside websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. This policy may be updated as the website or its services change; the effective date above will be revised when that happens.
